I've now switched from Xero Linux (also Arch) to Ditana because of the good reviews here on Distrowatch.
The installer is quite different from what I'm used to, unlike Calamares, for example.
After some initial issues selecting options during installation (you should read the instructions), Stefan, the developer, replied immediately, and the installation proceeded smoothly and quickly on my older Acer AIO with an i3 processor.
The Cosmic desktop is lightning-fast and responds with absolutely no lag.
The default configuration already includes quite a bit of what you need, but you can also choose a completely bare-bones system during installation.
Fortunately, Ditana isn’t overloaded with duplicate and triplicate apps like some other distributions. So no three terminals or multiple media players.
All in all, an absolutely recommendable Arch distribution that certainly doesn’t have to hide from the top dogs like Cachyos—quite the opposite: a breath of fresh air with its unique installer and very pleasant Cosmic.
Not the typical run-of-the-mill stuff.
And as mentioned, the developer Stefan is always ready with a solution when you have problems or questions.
As a user, it’s a real pleasure to be able to buy him a coffee and have him thank you so warmly for it.

- Pretty stable beta release
- Arch based, so recent hardware support
- Key maps (cheet-sheet) available on login on desktop for quick customizations
- timeshift-autosnap package to restore to a previous snapshot
Yet to explore package management and AI assistant
If it provides stability, transparency, and gives more in hand of users like inclusion of a non-systemd init system in future can make this distro to go a long way.
10/10 based on initial impression and its philosophy.

Amazing Distro very unique and the installer is amazing ..fully arch based ...ditana assistant blown away very innovative linux distro....in beta state is stable enough even to game on it ...amazing overall so many ways for implementing a refreshed linux distro....Again is not just another distro is a masterpiece enjoying it so far.....I tried the different tools with the installer and verything works outta the box ....beatifully created distro in every single way ....theres no doubt this distro will go along way and probably become a main distro in the future.
