Debian elects new Project Leader |

The Debian project, which includes over 1,000 contributors, has just elected a new Project Leader. The Debian team holds annual elections and have concluded voting this weekend. The Debian developers have chosen Jonathan Carter as their new leader. Carter ran on a platform of making it easier and more rewarding to contribute to Debian with an eye toward removing bottlenecks to work and progress.
