Table Notes and Explanations

(Please refer to the table below.)
  • Select view:
  • To compare the software in this project to the software available in other distributions, please see our Compare Packages page.
  • Notes: In case where multiple versions of a package are shipped with a distribution, only the default version appears in the table. For indication about the GNOME version, please check the "nautilus" and "gnome-shell" packages. The Apache web server is listed as "httpd" and the Linux kernel is listed as "linux". The KDE desktop is represented by the "plasma-desktop" package and the Xfce desktop by the "xfdesktop" package.
  • Colour scheme: green text = latest stable version, red text = development or beta version. The function determining beta versions is not 100% reliable due to a wide variety of versioning schemes.

Out of all the Arch variations i've tried that include an installer, this feels most like "The Arch Way."
Extremely polished, very easy to use, and very light on resources (barely there at all) while still providing a gorgeous XFCE setup. This is a true masterpiece of an Arch-based distro.
Though you still have the ability, you won't need to change anything after install. Everything works, and works fast and efficiently. No bloat of any kind. This is truly the arch-way.

Everyone has there own opinion regarding installers but, once you install Arch manually over a hundred times, a GUI installer can be well appreciated. Swag

One minor thing i've been wondering simply why they chose to name it SwagArch... as Swag has many different definitions.

All in all, i'm very impressed, this will be replacing ArchLabs as my new daily driver.

Extremely fast.Really nice implementation of XFCE Tried it on a spare hard drive and had to install it on my main computer because it worked so well. Has been here for several days now and don't plan on removing it anytime soon.
